Aim of workshop: To know one’‘s EQ and ways to improve EQ
Gone are those days when people thought having higher intelligence (IQ) is the key to wealth and happiness. There is enough data now to suggest that EQ is much more important in propelling an individual to higher realms of success and happiness. This workshop focuses on the importance of EQ over IQ, it’‘s role in determining who excels in a job, focus on what employers want in their employees and what makes an employee a star, building relationship skills and ways to improving one’‘s emotional intelligence through role play, cognitive exercises and team based games.
Aim of workshop: To help clients handle stress effectively
Stess in today’‘s world is ubiquitous. This workshop focuses on work life balance, difference between stress, eustress and distress, how to recognize stress and its impacts, relationship issues, stress and wellness cycle, ways to control emotional dysregulation.
Identification of type A and type B personalities.
Module on systematic training of a relaxation exercise( JPMR), mindfulness technique, assertiveness training, time management and anger management.
