Dr. INDLA RAMSUBBA REDDY DIRECTOR, Indlas HOSPITAL

Dr. Indla Ramasubba Reddy completed his MD and DPM in psychiatry from the prestigious central government Institute, NIMHANS. He has been the Past President of Indian Psychiatric Society and is the first Indian to head SAARC Psychiatric Federation. He is a pioneer in creating awareness on psychological disorders and had travelled extensively in the backward areas of Andhra and Telangana to reduce stigma and promote awareness. Wrote numerous books in Telugu on psychological issues and promotion of wellness in the community.

• He is the Consultant Psychiatrist and Director, Indlas Hospital.
• He has been practicing as a psychiatrist for more than 30 years.

Dr. VISHAL INDLA DIRECTOR, Indlas Child Guidance Clinic

Dr.Vishal completed his MD and DNB in psychiatry from the prestigious Central government Institute, NIMHANS. He was awarded the Silver Jubilee Award and the gold medal for being the topper in the MD Psychiatry exam at NIMHANS in 2005. He received the World Psychiatric Association Fellowship Award for the year 2007 at Melbourne, Australia. He has many research publications in international medical journals and serves on the Editorial board of various scientific journals. He has been invited to numerous psychiatric conferences and PG CME’s as guest faculty. He is the current chairman of the Young Psychiatrists Forum of the Indian psychiatric society. He received the 12th Teacher’s Young Achievers Club recognition award in the year 2013. Dr. Vishal is currently Director of Indlas hospital, a Post graduate teaching institution, at Vijayawada.

• He is also the Director of ICGC, Indlas Child Guidance Clinics with branches in Mumbai, Vijayawada and Vizag, which are exclusive speciality clinics for child and adolescent wellness. He has conducted numerous workshops in schools and colleges for students and their parents on various aspects of child development and motivation.
• He has authored a book titled “Good parents, Good children” in telugu which was later translated into kannada too.

Dr. MANJIRI DESHPANDE SHENOY HEAD, ICGC MUMBAI

• Dr. Manjiri completed her DNB Psychiatry from Indlas Hospitals, Vijayawada and then did her Fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry from NTR University in 2014.
• She returned to Mumbai in 2015 and took over the responsibility of starting ICGC Mumbai and is heading the clinic since then she has a keen interest in child and adolescent psychiatry.
• She has extensively trained in various therapies like CBT, DBT, REBT and conducts counselling for teenagers herself.

• She guides and leads the team and manages the administrative work and also social media where they spread awareness of various facets of child psychiatry.
• She has a mission to spread awareness in this field and also promote mental wellness of children, teenagers and families.
• She has written various articles, been featured in newspapers, contributed to various journals, textbook chapters on topics in child psychiatry.
• She has been invited as a speaker in many national child psychiatry conferences over the years and recently also presented at an International Child Psychiatry conference in Dubai.
