  • Dr. Manjiri Deshpande Shenoy Psychiatrist and Head

    Dr. Manjiri completed her DNB Psychiatry from Indlas Hospitals, Vijayawada and then did her Fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry from NTR University in 2014.

    She returned to Mumbai in 2015 and took over the responsibility of starting ICGC Mumbai and is heading the clinic since then she has a keen interest in child and adolescent psychiatry.

    She has extensively trained in various therapies like CBT, DBT, REBT and conducts counselling for teenagers herself.

    She guides and leads the team and manages the administrative work and also social media where they spread awareness of various facets of child psychiatry.

    She has a mission to spread awareness in this field and also promote mental wellness of children, teenagers and families.

    She has written various articles, been featured in newspapers, contributed to various journals, textbook chapters on topics in child psychiatry.

    She has been invited as a speaker in many national child psychiatry conferences over the years and recently also presented at an International Child Psychiatry conference in Dubai.

  • Dr. Kajal Gaud Occupational Therapist

    Kajal is a dedicated occupational therapist committed to supporting children’s development and enhancing their daily functional skills. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy in 2025 from DY Patil University, Navi Mumbai, where she built strong foundational skills in sensory integration, behaviour management, therapeutic communication, and developmental assessments.

    During her undergraduate program, she conducted research on “The Effect of Sensory Dysfunction on Activities of Daily Living in Children with Autism and ADHD,” exploring how sensory processing challenges influence functional independence and routine participation.

    She has further strengthened her professional expertise through various certified workshops and training programs, including:

    • Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) in Children
    • Dynamics of Activities in Occupational Therapy
    • Wheelchair Assessment & Training Workshop
    • Certification in Behaviour Modification
    • Workshops in Musculoskeletal Conditions

    Kajal combines a compassionate approach with evidence-based, holistic methods to help children gain greater independence, confidence, and meaningful participation in their daily routines. She works with children by thoughtfully considering each developmental skill area—motor, sensory, cognitive, behavioural, and functional—to ensure comprehensive and individualized care for every child.

  • Dr. Sara Shaikh Occupational Therapist

    Dr. Sara Shaikh is a dedicated occupational therapist committed to supporting children’s development and daily functional skills. She completed her Bachelor’s in Occupational Therapy in 2025 from DY Patil University, Navi Mumbai,where she developed strong skills in sensory integration, behaviour management, and therapeutic communication.

    She has hands-on experience at Vatsalya Trust (2023–2024), Hope Child Development & Learning Centre (2024), and the Child Rehabilitation Centre (2025), where she strengthened her work in developmental assessments, sensory processing needs, and play-based therapy.

    She has enhanced her practice through workshops in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy in Children and Dynamics of Activities in Occupational Therapy. Allowing her to incorporate evidence-based, holistic methods into her sessions.

    She is compassionate, skilled, and committed to helping children achieve greater independence, confidence, and meaningful participation.

  • Dr. Anushka Bhujbal Occupational Therapist

    Dr. Anushka Bhujbal completed her Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy in 2023. She has further enhanced her expertise by completing a Continuing Education certification in Sensory Integration from the University of Southern California. In addition, she holds certifications in DIR 101 (Developmental, Individual-differences, Relationship-based model) and Brain Gym 101.

    Dr. Anushka is a passionate, enthusiastic, and creative therapist dedicated to helping children achieve functional independence across all areas of life. Her goal is to empower children to become confident and capable in school activities, daily living skills, and community participation.

    Her key strengths include Sensory Integration Therapy, implementing the DIR approach to enhance a child’s engagement with their environment, and incorporating Brain Gym techniques to support anxiety management and academic functional skills. She ensures that every child receives a positive sensory and therapeutic experience tailored to their individual needs.

    Dr. Anushka follows a holistic approach while working with children, focusing not only on the child’s development but also on educating and guiding parents throughout the therapy process. She is committed to ensuring that both the child and their family have a supportive, enriching, and well-informed experience with occupational therapy.

  • Ms. Dhwani Shah Counseling Psychologist

    Dhwani’s expertise lies in child and adolescent psychotherapy, with a specialization in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and psychological assessments. With a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and extensive clinical training, she is also pursuing ongoing training in narrative therapy to further enrich her practice.

    Alongside therapy, Dhwani conducts comprehensive psychological assessments that provide valuable insights into a child’s emotional, behavioral, and cognitive functioning.

    Guided by her passion for working with children, Dhwani provides a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where children can express themselves freely. She works with individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, academic stress, and adjustment difficulties, tailoring her interventions to each child’s unique profile.

    Her therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based CBT techniques with narrative and strengths-based practices, ensuring a holistic and child-centered experience.   • Ms. Ankita Ahirwar Speech & Language Pathologist

    Ms. Ankita is a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist with a strong academic foundation and clinical expertise. She completed her Bachelor’s in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP) in 2023 and earned her Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology (M.Sc. SLP) from MERF-ISH in 2025.

    She joined ICGC Mumbai in January 2026, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience in speech and language therapy. Ms. Ankita is known for her compassionate assessment approach and well-structured, evidence-based interventions. She is committed to accurate diagnosis and empowering individuals to achieve effective communication by overcoming speech and language challenges.

    Her clinical experience includes working with children with hearing impairment, voice disorders, fluency disorders, and a wide range of speech and language disorders. She follows evidence-based practices to deliver holistic and individualized care. With her expertise and empathetic approach, she designs personalized therapy plans that support meaningful and measurable progress for every individual.

  • Dr. Srishti Dhanania Occupational Therapist

    Srishti, our Occupational Therapist, works closely with children to support the skills they need for everyday life- from play and learning to self-care and emotional regulation. With a calm and thoughtful approach, she takes time to understand each child’s individual needs and create therapy experiences that feel safe, engaging and meaningful.

    Having completed a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy in 2022 and a Master’s, specialising in Mental Health and Psychosocial Rehabilitation, in 2024, she brings both clinical knowledge and a strong understanding of children’s emotional and developmental needs. Working alongside families and ICGC's multidisciplinary team, Srishti supports children in building confidence, independence and resilience, one steady step at a time.

  • Mrs. Rupali Devkar Receptionist

    Mrs Rupali Devkar joined ICGC in 2024. With a degree and adequate knowledge of computers and data handling, etc, she handles her responsibilities, at the front desk, very passionately and meticulously. She informs, guides and supports parents and children well enough, to make them feel comfortable. She believes that a clinical journey begins the moment a family walks through the door.

    Her ability to maintain a composed and helpful demeanor during busy hours makes her a vital pillar of the ICGC administrative team.

  • Ms. Tina Batla Speech & Language Pathologist

    Tina Batla is a Speech-Language Pathologist with a degree in bachelor’s in Audology and Speech language pathology in 2023. She has been a part of ICGC since May 2025. She is dedicated to supporting children with speech, language, and communication needs using evidence-based techniques, goal-oriented therapeutic approaches.

    She has previously worked in a special school setting, where she gained strong experience in team-based intervention and group therapy. This background strengthened her ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and tailor therapy based on each child’s functional needs.

    She aims to create a calm and supportive environment while guiding families with clear, consistent strategies throughout the therapy process.

  • Ms. Nikita D’Souza Psychologist and Remedial Educator

    Ms Nikita D’Souza completed her Masters in Psychology (Clinical) in 2014. She has been a part of the ICGC family since April, 2015. She also completed Advanced Diploma in Counselling in 2018. She holds a certificate course in Remedial Education (2020). She also holds a Certificate in Play Therapy for the Differently Abled, as well as a Certificate in Foundations of Applied Behaviour Analysis.

    She is passionate about working with children and adolescents. She believes in building an excellent rapport with the child before working on their issues, be it academics or emotional issues.

    She believes in using an eclectic approach while working with her children. She is a strong believer and follower of Play Therapy and its skills.

    She also takes up counselling for young adults. She conducts workshops for teachers, students, and parents.

    She has been part of various webinars and live talks during the lockdown.

    She believes in spreading mental health awareness and fostering wellness among the population.

  • Ms. Kajal Naik Digital Marketing Manager

    Ms. Kajal Naik holds a degree in BAMMC, has specialized in Digital Marketing and is a valued member of the ICGC family since 2019. With strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, PPC campaigns, and strategic marketing, she plays a key role in strengthening ICGC’s digital presence and brand positioning. Her proficiency in photography, content creation, and branding enables her to seamlessly blend creativity with data-driven strategies to deliver impactful and measurable results.

    Ms Kajal has been instrumental in driving the organization’s online growth and outreach. With her innovative mindset, artistic vision, and performance-focused approach, and having significantly enhanced ICGC’s visibility and engagement, she consistently strives to take the organization to greater heights.

    As the Mumbai Branch Manager, Kajal ensures the smooth and efficient functioning of the clinic through. Her excellent interpersonal skills, warm demeanour, and ability to build meaningful relationships with parents and children alike have made her a favourite among families. Her creativity, strategic thinking, and unwavering dedication reflect her pursuit of excellence in every aspect of her work.

  • Dr. Rajila Rachel Rajamani Occupational Therapist

    Dr. Rajila Rachel Rajamani completed her Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (B.O.Th) in 2020 and has been an integral part of the Indlas Child Guidance Clinic (ICGC) family since July 2021.

    She is a DIR®️-informed therapist (DIR 101, 2025) and holds a Certification in Sensory Integration (SI) from the University of Southern California (2025). Her clinical approach is deeply rooted in understanding the child as a whole—emotionally, socially, sensorially, and functionally.

    Dr. Rajila believes in working in a holistic and family-centred manner, ensuring that both the child and the family feel comfortable, supported, and confident before initiating intervention. Her primary goal is to help children achieve maximum independence across all spheres of life, while nurturing their strengths and individuality.

    She is known for her compassionate, empathetic, and enthusiastic approach while working with children. Her therapy sessions are thoughtfully planned, innovative, and engaging, making children feel safe, motivated, and eager to participate. Children naturally connect with her, and parents appreciate her ability to guide, reassure, and reduce anxieties related to their child’s development.

    Mrs Hemali Patil has been a part of the ICGC family since the year. She assists all of the therapists during their respective therapies. She is passionate when it comes to working with children.

    She makes sure the clinic runs smooth. She welcomes everyone who enters clinic with a smile on her face. She is a great team-player.

  • Ms. Tanvi Manjrekar Psychologist and Therapist

    Tanvi’s expertise lies in psychological testing and child and adolescent psychotherapy. With a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and ongoing postgraduate training in child and adolescent counselling and psychotherapy, she focuses on providing accurate assessments to offer insights into emotional, behavioural, and cognitive functioning, creating personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.

    Guided by her passion for working with children and adolescents, Tanvi works with individuals aged 6 to 18, providing tailored support to meet their unique needs.

    She integrates a child-centered and strengths-based therapeutic approach that prioritizes empathy, patience, and a deep commitment to emotional growth. Creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment, Tanvi empowers children to express themselves openly. Her therapeutic methods are flexible and adaptive, drawing from a variety of approaches, including cognitive-behavioral, play-based, family-focused, and narrative techniques, to address the developmental and emotional needs of each individual.

    Her passion for this field drives her continuous pursuit of knowledge and skill development, ensuring that her therapeutic practices remain effective and grounded in latest research.

  • Dr. Vaishali Pandey Occupational Therapist

    She has completed B.O.T.H. in the year 2021. She joined the I.C.G.C. family in November 2024.

    She is passionate about her work with children. She believes in a creative journey, full of depth diversity and discovery in the therapeutic outcome. She likes to take up challenges. She likes to be transparent about the therapeutic changes with every child to become independent in all the possible ways by adaptive and creative modifications. She believes to work in a holistic manner with children and their caregivers. She stresses on parent counseling and the importance of home programs.

    Mrs Kamal Thakur has been a part of ICGC Chembur since the beginning. She likes being around people and her love for children is limitless. Her role at ICGC adds a lot more vibrance and positivity to its functioning.

  • Ms. Mitali Kadam Receptionist at ICGC Chembur

    Ms Mitali Kadam has a pivotal role at ICGC Chembur, from handling the front desk to ensuring the smooth functioning of the clinic. She has completed her 12th. She strives hard to ensure every child / client has a thorough and professional treatment, along with adding warmth to their experience. She is very creative and uses and shares this skill with the team, which is applied during therapies and otherwise.

  • Ms. Bhawna Aggarwal Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

    Bhawna Aggarwal is a speech-language pathologist at ICGC Mumbai. She has completed her bachelor's in audiology and speech-language pathology in 2021 and a Master’s in speech-language pathology in 2024. She has been part of ICGC since September 2024.

    She has one year of experience in paediatric speech and language intervention.

    She employs evidence-based techniques and therapeutic interventions tailored to each child’s needs. She is very flexible in conducting child-directed play-based or clinician-directed approaches in therapy sessions.

  • Ms. Siddhi Mahajan Child Psychologist

    Ms. Siddhi Mahajan has graduated with a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology. Known for her empathetic yet practical approach, she combines evidence based techniques with play and art in her therapeutic approach with children and adolescents. Siddhi has undergone intensive clinical training in psychological assessment, therapy, and counseling. She has gained hands-on experience as a clinical psychology trainee at KEM Hospital, Mumbai, and has mentored children from underserved communities through her work with The Lighthouse Project and Ashwini Charitable Trust. Having completed supervised therapy hours, she brings a grounded, client-centered approach to her practice.

    She is deeply passionate about helping children and adolescents discover their potential, learn adaptive behaviours, make sense of their emotions & thoughts, and grow into their best selves. Siddhi strongly believes that every child is unique, and once their individual needs are understood, they naturally begin to thrive.

Her training has provided her with strong clinical skills in assessing and treating a wide range of speech, language, and communication disorders in both children and adults.
